Dear Texas...

I love you and I love living here. But guess what "possible snow and sleet" is really no reason to cancel school. Yes it has been hovering around 34 degrees in the day time and 20 degrees or so at night... Yes this is cold... Some people North of Houston even consider these "fall like" temperatures.... It is not the end of the world... Just saying I have friends in Oklahoma and other places who are buried in snow and can't get out of the drive way.

Dear Texas... We really should have ditched our Governor for the new guy maybe he could figure out the budget crisis... Texas schools are graduating less and less kids every year so by all means lets just fire a bunch of teachers ... That should fix it ... Perhaps we could capitalize on the gambling industry the way Louisiana does since it is estimated Texans spend 75 million per year there at casinos.... Or not but we need to figure it out and soon!

OK enough with my state rant... I am cold and my fingers are stiff , but I am not dying it is not that cold and I am certainly not worried about possible snow....
